親愛的富中證券客戶：
為配合香港交易及結算所有限公司（「香港交易所」）於2024年9月23日 (「生效日」) 開始實施1在惡劣天氣下維持香港證券及衍生產品市場正常運作，於生效日起，本公司於南豐大廈的辦公室
在惡劣天氣下將暫時關閉，並將透過電子平台繼續為客戶提供服務。
於惡劣天氣交易日，富中證券有限公司（「富中證券」）將為客戶2提供證券交易服務、新股認購、公司行動及其他與證券相關服務、客戶服務熱線及其他線上服務（例如發出存款/提款指示等）。
此外，所有經香港交易所進行的證券交易的結算程序將不再因惡劣天氣而延誤，現提醒客戶在惡劣天氣下，部分銀行可能無法提供轉賬、外匯服務來支持證券買賣，請確保閣下的帳戶有足夠的
資金，並適時作出必要的安排，以免影響於惡劣天氣交易日進行結算。

Notice of Arrangement on Severe Weather Trading
Dear Fortune Origin Securities Customer,
In line with the announcement by Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (“HKEX”) for the implementation of 1arrangements to maintain normal operations of the
Hong Kong Securities and Derivatives Markets during severe weather conditions (“ SWT”) starting from 23 September 2024. Under SWT, our office in Nan Fung Tower
will be temporarily closed and our services will be provided through electronic channels.
Fortune Origin Securities Limited will maintain 2the services of securities trading, Initial Public Offering application, corporate action and other securities services, customer
service hotline and other online services (such as submit the deposit / withdrawal request, etc.).
In addition, the settlement procedures for all securities transactions via HKEX will no longer be delayed due to severe weather condition. Customers are hereby
reminded that during SWT, some banks may not be able to provide fund transfers and foreign exchange services to supporting securities trading. Please ensure that your
account has sufficient funds and make necessary arrangements in a timely manner to avoid affecting settlement under SWT.
